Umm, I don`t know a single person in Japan who uses any of that.
The only times I have seen it is in those long "paid programming" commercial programs trying to sell to gullible people up late at night.
I don`t think it has anything at all to do with health in Japan.
If anyone is trying to find me… Tamyuun on Instagram is probably the easiest.
