You'll cover Narita at the airport because that is all that is there. You are staying a week? I would pick 2 or 3 of those places you want to go, or else you are going to be spending your entire vacation in a train.
Ask your travel agent...it will cost more to leave from a different airport than you arrived, but it isn't a bad idea. Hostels are fine, but there are tons of hotels for under 9000 a night in any of those cities.
