The war isn't over yet. Threats from both sides still exists. The only difference is that South Korea's threat to North Korea is not insulting and direct.

And South Korea should ditch the Reunification policy to a different one. In this situation there is no way the reunification being possible in the next 30-40 years.

I don't like the North Korean government but this is the only viable solution.
