Yeah, it doesn't reach a lot of the USA i think. Like in CA it is pretty popular and some other places. But definitely most of the gigs go to Los Angeles.

Well, i don't know what it is in Czech Republic, but it's still quite a large amount in my opinion. Like, 20 dollars or more.
