nomination was just 11 days after taking office. That is true. And he had done absolutely nothing in 11 days to warrant a nomination. It's like a movie being nominated for an Academy Award 11 days into filming... even if the actual decision came a little later, it should never have been nominated in the first place, no matter how good you think the finished product will be!
