You're missing the point. This is just another one of the hate threads that the OP is known for.
You only get 2- or 3-bite-size cabbage in a tonkatsu bento. No one prepares sauce or lemon to eat it with. Besides, the bento always comes with tonkatsu sauce, some of which you can pour on the cabbage.
