I read over the list with my girlfriend for a laugh.
Most of them are so far off I never even heard of anyone having a problem like that, a few of them are dead on for her but they also happen to be dead on for some of my exs back at home lol.

I will agree with one cultural observation you made though, but disagree with the rest.
And that is that women don't advance in the workforce well in Japan, and while that is also true in western cultures, it is much more so in Japan.

You are right that a woman wouldn't sue a company in Japan for having no female execs, but the reason isn't that no one is there to do it. It's because, like you said before, "No one's protesting this. With all the problems, the women are content with the way life is."
