But how one can distinguish religious conversation from one that discusses economy after, say 50 threads? Not trying to throw socialism into anybody's capitalism here, just presenting an alternative PoV as to why nobody discusses it. At least not in wide-ranging general terms.
Oh, hey! Here's one: Why is Japanese technical prowess plummeting? Quite a leading question, so here's some background: Everybody has heard of Japanese robots, and how they're pretty much the only robots in the world that have not been designed with maiming and killing humans in mind. Some of you may have heard how a Japanese robot won the world championship of robot steeplechase, an admirable feat in robotics. Then why robots and drones used in Fukushima are American? Why have several Japanese manufacturers told me that when in need of electronics, look to China instead, and when in need of optics, look to Europe? Why did a Japanese customer ask me at a Trade Show that "I hope this is not Japanese made"? True stories, but won't go into details, sorry. Might turn into a social thread, but some economical aspects might survive the
thread of time.
