I can read the entire thing, but there are some terms thats either modern slang or have some secret/hidden meaning to it which I don't know of:
- 西豆
- 猫娘
- 脑残粉
- 某茶会
If someone can help provide a meaningful translation to these, then its basically
"葱葱 (recipeient's name), It was actually because of "猫娘" that when I first become interested in "西豆". Oh oh oh.. kept feeling that there are some similarities between us. Tomorrow is Monday, please try your best at work (某茶会). Good night"
