I do like both of those series though. =D
As for actual Yaoi....
Only The Ring Finger Knows, Papa To Kiss In The Dark, Junjou Romantica, Silence, Little Butterfly, Cut, and Empty Heart. Those a few that come to mind. ^^

And a very good Shonen-ai is In The End by PINK PSYCHO (Nheira is an awesome artist =D)

Guys, come one, what about Kizuna bonds? It's freaking amazing! and still going i think! I liked the ovas too, i thought they transferred them well. Actual yaoi is much preferable for me

I like yaoi. Here are a few that come to mind.
Junjou Romantica, Bukiyou na Silent, Oku-san's Daily Fantasies.
I don't really consider Loveless a yaoi cuz well it doesn't show stuff.
