There is your proof, AOL. Now look up the legalo history of Halliburton for another library full of bribery and other illegalities.

Thank-you, MMM. I think its time AmericanOtakuLee did a some personal research instead of us wasting our time trying to educate a thoroughly closed mind.

lol you do not know a clintion then hillary has no intention of playing second fiddle to obama. Hillary only wants whats best for hillary not the dnc and sure as hell not for the usa. She has been wanting to be president since college and if she waits to after 2012 she will be to old to run or that is how she sees it. Oh she playing cool now but be assured her private investigators are digging in closest and trashcans waiting for the right moment.

Bush has no authority to take away Habeas Corpus so that is mute. Though the Consutition only cover Americans and does not apply outside of America boarders. And bush has never spied on my phone calls or yours for that matter.
And my mind is not closed.

Of course not, that's why he is not going to ask her to be his running mate.

TalnSG, I agree. It's time of AOL to do his own research...

Then why did his Attorney General express specifically that Habeas Corpus is not covered by the constitution? This is in testimony to Congress. That's where he got the idea.

How do you know the government has not spied on our phone calls? If they hadn't why did Bush say he would veto a bill that expressly did NOT give the telecoms protection from the invasion of privacy they allowed the government to do already?

Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) got an answer from Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) Tuesday on his proposal for 10 town hall-style debates: Not going to happen. That's too bad - and, the fewer there are, the more Obama should suffer for it politically. Why if obama believes in hope and change wont he jump at this opportunity

Here's some interesting reading for you:

Bush and Lincoln both Suspended Habeas Corpus

On Oct. 17, 2006, President Bush signed a law suspending the right of habeas corpus to persons "determined by the United States" to be an "enemy combatant" in the Global War on Terror. President Bush's action drew severe criticism, mainly for the law's failure to specifically designate who in the United Stateswill determine who is and who is not an "enemy combatant."

Why does McCain need 10 town-hall style debates? Because he needs 10 oppotunities for free exposure. His campaign can hardly afford to keep up withthe massive grassroots financial support Obama is receiving.

Obama and McCain will be debating, there is no doubt about it. Obama just isn't going to roll and have McCain schedule 10 ADDITIONAL debates for free exposure.
