I think gyms are a waste of money. Once you know what you're doing yo can spend $150 dollars and get a becnch that declines/inclines with a curl attachment and enough weights to lift. Even if your big, a couple hundred bucks will get you what you need, other than the imagination to develope your routine with freeweights. If you do cardio you can still do that at home. Also, you don't risk catching som efunky wart from a sweaty machine.

I don't have enough money to go to a gym, I don't have a home gym as such but I do have a cross trainer which I go on sometimes while the TV is on in the room but I get quite embarrased exercising for some reason, so I only do it when people aren't here.

Not everyone's got enough space to fit exercising machines at home. Or money, cause they're expensive as fuck.

everything is relative and contradictory ~

I didn't say anything about a machine. Machines suck. Use free-weights. They are cheap, you can stack them out of the way, you can do any excercise a machine can do and it will allow you a better workout through full motion and getting supporting muscles. Your post in no way addressed the post you quoted.

I do see your point in that it's better to have a home gym.

I would rather to go to a gym because I get to socialize. Also the fact that if I were home, I'd slack off and not have the will to do anything. If I weren't distracted by anything in my house, sure, I'll buy stuff for a home gym.

Thanks for reading!

theres always the basic workout and find a navy seal they have some wicked workouts.
There is also push ups like walkin on your hands. there is the bridge as well.
