hey wat do think about helping out at a school that has one classroom where the students have bad tempers and are willing to beat up their teacher????

my mom i think has volunteered me for that

I'm sure you'll have fun!

As far as what you can do, it's hard to give you any ideas unless you know where you are going in Japan. Will you be in Tokyo or some other area of Japan? There are sime people here from different parts of Japan, so maybe someone can help if they know what areas you'll be spending time in.

How long will you be in Japan? There are some big music festivals coming up soon!

well in Kyoto, there are so many shrines and temples to visit. if that aint your thing, you can take a trip to Osaka to visit Amerika-mura (sp) and the other shopping areas around there. in Kyoto you can hang around the city centre (Karasuma, Kawaramachi, Imadegawa, Marutamachi doris (streets) axis) there are loads of shops around there. You can go spot some geishas at Gion

in Tokyo, cool areas Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza, Odaiba, Asakusa and if you wanna party with the gaijins, head to Roppongi. All these are cool areas that offer loads to do from shopping to eating to partying. If you are there on Sunday head to Harajuku Station for the cosplay and just pray it doesnt rain. the road leading away from it Omotesando is also very cool and you might also wanna check out Takeshita Dori

have fun

I spent four days in both Kyoto and Tokyo and have sidetrips to other towns as well. Check out my pics in the trip report section. If you dont see any pics in the first page, move ont ot page 3, i uploaded them again using another web host site.

Leave your parents and have an adventure, that's the best advice you'll get from anyone. If not, there's probably a nice swimming pool at the hotel your parents are staying in.
