I honestly don't mind wasabi. It's very strong though, so a small amount goes a long way. I ususally use the paste rather than the powder for cooking.

At first, I didn't really like nori. It wasn't the taste or anything, but the texture was too chewy once it was wet. I can't really say I dislike anything now a days though.
