All you have to do is follow this link: rikaichan | polarcloud.com

Scroll down and you will see 2 blue boxes and one grey box labeled 1, 2 and 3.

Download the main v1.05 extension first
Then download the dictionary you want it to use
and the last grey box is optional for a names dictionary.
