田中さんは車で勤務に行きたがっている。
でも彼は車をありません。
田中さは自転車をあります。
田中さんはサイクリングをする事が好きではありません 。

You totally confused positive and negative verbs: verbs in -ます are affirmative, verbs in -ません are negative. Example:
りんごを食べます I eat an apple.
りんごを食べません I don't eat an apple.
There are many other small errors... I have a question for you. Have you studied grammar on a textbook, or are you trying to guess the grammar rules by yourself?? If the second is your true answer, stop doing it now, go get a grammar book, study it and only when you finished start learning new things.
Try to focus on simple sentences for now. Once you know perfectly the verbal system (polite and plain form, in both past and present) start with more complex phrases.

I make a lot of mistakes -_- I know masen is negative and masu is affirmative it was a mistake>> I don't learn the grammar by guessing, I've learned it from different sites and I still need to get a textbook of Japanese grammar.

Durtchman,

If you know you make a lot of mistakes, please check your work before you ask people to correct it for you.

From a couple posts back:

永遠(えいえん)に待っています sounds better IMO. I've never heard of 千代 before and googling it doesn't come up with very promising results. Also, 待っているつもり comes across a bit strange to me. Did a search of that and all I got was the past tense (待っているつもりだったけど). Makes more sense.

Also 待て is fine. It's just command form of the verb, making it stronger than 待って.
