Blimey I saw the mass suicide scene, thats one of the most horrifying things I've ever scene! Just the idea of 54 school girls dying at once like that horrifies me.

I thought it was beautiful.

Mostly because of the directing.

I saw it once quite some time ago. I think I liked it, but then again I never really had the desire to watch it again.

I hated this movie. Most of it disgusted me. I got up and left the room for some parts of it because I found them unnecessary to the plot and they were disgusting.

There is much better out there. dont waste your time.

This folks, is what you call a bias. Thus not a very reliable piece of advice.

Plus, if you finished watching the movie, or rather actually saw the whole movie you'd understand it. Everything in that movie WAS necessary to the plot.

I saw the end and the only part i didn't sit through was the rape scene in the bowling alley. Things like that I just cant sit through. It's very uncomfortable. I didn't find that necessary at all. It is an opinion and I am entitled to it.

i am definitely gonna watch this movie now that i have heard of it !! i love the most brutal films and have seen most of them ! - most i have seen are banned and so i wont mention them here but hopefully this one will be just as good !

I wouldn't call it SCARY... it's more gruesome and kind of disturbing.
If you can't take blood and weirdness, then it might be hard to watch,
otherwise I consider it just another Japanese crazy gore movie.
I still say Ichi The Killer was the worst of that genre.... (worst meaning
worst in gore...even though it's fake.)

Sure you're entitled to it, and that's fine.That doesn't change the fact that the movie would not have been the same without all the elements the director included in it.

True. I agree. I just understand why the element was in there though. That one particular scene anyways.

I am currently trying to watch a 3 part series with Old Boy and Sympathy for Lady Vengence. Those are good if you like the gorier movies.
