clubs to join in Tokyo

Well im a college student studying japanese for a year in tokyo and i just got here like a month ago. The school that i go to (called Tokyo international university affiliated japanese language school) has no japanese students obviously and most of the students are either taiwanese or korean so i have a real hard time communicating with people even though they are nice.
I was wonering if anyone knew of any clubs that i can join to meet Japanese or even american people. my japanese is fairly decent so Japanes clubs would be fine.
Any help or suggestions will be highly appreciated
