Even though it'll be a long long time before you'd be able to move to Japan, you can always start preparing early to make it easier. When you get to high school you have to make sure and get good grades so you can go to a good university - one that has Japanese language classes, preferably. If your family goes on vacation, try to convince them to go to Japan

. That way you can see what it's really like.

It seems like Japanese people are more racist toward Koreans and Chinese than anybody.

But then again it's surely not that bad. Every country has a bit of nationalism or racism or whatever. Same with sexism.

People who tell tales of Japan being really racist or sexist just see what they want to see.

This is actually rather true from what I've seen. Whenever a Chinese or Korean immigrant commits a crime in Japan, it always ends up on the news... riles people up a bit. Although, like others have said, blatant racism is pretty minimal in Japan. Several higher-ups in Japanese government (Tokyo Gov. Ishihara for example) have made some degrading remarks towards Koreans and Chinese living in Japan.
