Yeah sorry, some of these posts have disgusted me. Prejudice will never leave this world. I am australian and on my trip to Japan I bought some nice japanese clothes which I am proud to wear. Here are some other points I want to mention:
1. Japan's fashion did not originate in Japan, they took western fashion to a high level and made it way more interesting. Before they were "westernized" they did used to wear yukata's, kimono's etc keep in mind. 2. Lots of japanese fashion magazines include westerners wearing 'J-style' Clothes, so what is this saying? 3. People should learn that saying or writing 'Jap' is as bad as the 'N' word. Its just not acceptable. Correct me if I'm wrong :) Thanks, thats my 2 cents :) |
