I don't hold it right anyways, But i've held it that way since i was a kid, i'm just used to it. My brothers and cousins are the same. we get laughed at when we go back to Hong Kong.

Yes, I do use chopstick as most asians does, well the thing is as long as you can pick up the food and put the food into your mouth with the chopsticks, the way of holding it doesn't really matters ^.^

Not holding them right hmmmm... Well i hold one resting on the V shape of my thumb and the other over the top held by my index and thumb and bottom held up by second finger. Is this correct?

Yup took some practice but when you first got a hold on it it's just as easy to use as a knife and fork ^^.
