I think, well I'm not sure.
But it sells training chopsticks and regular chopsticks.

Training Chopsticks:
JBOX.com Search : training chopsticks

Regular Chopsticks (Including Training Chopsticks)
JBOX.com Search : chopsticks

Keep in mind the training chopsticks are designed for child-sized fingers.

Yes, I can use chopsticks! Albeit I'm probably not using them very well! Sometimes I feel disrespectful because when I'm at a Chinese restaurant I feel that I don't use proper etiquette. I plan to learn it though.

 Oops, I forgot about that.
I guess I was only thinking along the lines of my own child-sized fingers..

Though I have seen at least one I'm sure that doesn't have the spots
for the fingers, but just rests and directions.

My sister introduced me to chopsticks when I was about 6-7 for a class project I was doing.

Surprisingly, I didn't have a problem when using them.
