Monkfish liver
Ikura sushi
Salmon & hamachi sushi
... and don't forget the plum wine!

That's wonderful! You sound like a Japanese youngster! I love omuraisu myself when it's made in the simple, traditional way.

that's a very common answer. you can range from cucumbers and ume, to a wide range of raw seafood. that brings to mind, raw oysters...
