Well I like sushi...and I've tried yakisoba from Edo Japan some restaurant in Canada and that's about it lool.

I'd have to say Miso Soup. It is the perfect appetizer for any occasion.

Well...I like 親子丼 whenever...
And anything with ikura is usually pretty good.

I like most Japanese food but my absolute favorites are maguro and salmon sushi. Furikake and white rice too.

My favorite Japanese foods would have to be sushi and curry.
They are soooooooooooooo gooooooooooood. :D

It's Mongolian food, to be precise, but I really love shabu shabu and nabe. Again, Korean food, but yaki niku is on that list too. Although it's Chinese, miso ramen would be another I really like. And from typical Japanese kitchen, it is definitely sushi of fatty tuna and makejiki aburi with tripple wasabi. /drool Oh yes, and Japanese rice is hands-down the best rice I have ever eaten.

Ramen, Onigiri and matsuri food - yaki niku etc..
