Personally (and this may be biased) I love food from Nagoya. Favourites for me are:
Miso Katsu (absolute favourite)
Ebi Furai
Tebasaki (excelent with beer)

Nagoya is very famous for its miso which is a dark red, unlike what people drink in the Kansai / Kyushuu regions.

Sushi and Japanese Curry =D

Sainsbury's used to do vegetarian sushi! It was awesome! Don't know if they still do.

Onigiri, Yaki Tori and Ramen....

yakitori, omochi, edamame:)...tapioka is best!...

I love tempura, Onigiri, miso soup,Yakisoba , Udon, Ramen, sushi, plain rice, Yakitori, and Teriyaki.

I have also tried Japanese drinks before, but I am unsure if it would be okay to talk about that.

Ah, I love miso soup, tenpura, sushi (mostly maki but I enjoy nigirizushi as well), all types of wagashi, anpan, and any kind of udon!
