I have had the unfortunate experience of eating under cooked scallops from a japanese grill and getting food poisoning. I was misreable for a week. But I still eat fish im just not going back there againlol

I'm a fan of squid, and almost every kind of fish. I really prefer my fish to be just properly cooked, and not fried or baked. However! ...Kalamari is where it's at.

My grandmother on my dads side is allergic to shellfish.
Anyway I love most seafood. Don't like oysters though. And since squid is being mentioned I'll say this. Squid tastes so good. |

Their is no way I could eat a muscle, abalone, octupus, squid, oyster, crab or Lobster. I draw the line at fish and even that is a very thin one.. It's the thought, rather than the taste that put's me off.. My partner LOVES all seafood especially the slimy variety in shells.. |

If anybody is in Japan and likes seafood, go to Hiroshima. It's full of culinary delights there. It's right on the coast so very fresh. It's healthy and helped me to get to a good weight. Seafood in Japan is amongst the best in the world. Croatia too.
