I would but I always chicken out when I am about ready to order, I do really want to try some though.

I only get to eat it when I go to this Chinese/Japanese buffet, but I rarely get to go there.

I eat it weekly cus theres a sushi shop inside where I work, and I get samples most of the time ^_^

As in I am not sure what its going to taste like thus I change my order to something I know I will like.

Oh. So in the end you do order something.

It's interesting how frightening some people find sushi. I think we have been trained in the west to think raw is bad. I have had sushi, raw beef and raw horse in Japan. Not things I would necessarily eat every day, but I certainly didn't get sick.

I got in a huge debate with my friends that raw sushi is in fact healthy, i ended up winning because i got my doctor on my side!!!
