I just buy mine from supermarkets and it is fresh.

i don't eat shusi a lot, until this time i found a extremerely good sushi shop, they are very good chiefs plus they made it fresh, it just the best of them all. But the wierd thing is the shop is not Japanese but Korean and their sushi is so good!!!!!

Sushi is actually very different from Sashimi, contrary to popular conception, Sushi does not have to include raw fish. Yeah...but...most Japanese wouldn't really consider most of those "sushi".
