i love the raw seafood, just dont like the rice :P theres hardly any places to get it round where i live anyways :P

The rice is nice. I love the taste combined with the seaweed.

I eat sushi once in a while becuase I'm the only one in my family who'll eat it.

So here's the deal: everytime I go to the local Japanese restaurant I want to try sushi but I have no idea what kinda to order. I just tried ordering something random one time and got some kind of sushi made with bean curd. It wasn't too bad but I'd really like to be able to know what I'm ordering. haha

So I was wondering if there was anyone on this site could list some of the types of sushi and what all is typically in it.

Also, does anyone know exactly what ginger is and where it comes from? What does it taste like?
