i have a chinese retraunt over here, that sells sushi....it isnt correct.....but it works for me!

that particular style of sushi is meant too hold small chunks of food
that would otherwise be impossible, or quite difficult too keep on a small oblong ball of rice~
it's not really meant too hold whole, large items xD
such as shrimp~

basically, next time ye wanna stuff a gunkan w/ shrimp....
maybe....dice it finely...mix it w/ a bit of japanese mayo, some tobiko...
and maybe garnish w/ some finely sliced scallions for a more refreshing feel~
