I have a question for that wonderful conveyer belt sushi (now it is number one reason for me to want to go to Japana hee hee). How do you pay for it? If I am not wrong in the video in the entrance it says 210 Yen per 2 pieces. Do you have someone standing there counting or they trust how many you tell them you have eaten?

There are basically two methods that they use:

1. Clerk counts your plates and write it down on a slip for you to take to the register.

2. Clerk counts the plates and holler the number at the other clerk at the register.

Oh ok, then I assume every plate has the same amount of sushi on it. I love it....but I would probably spend a fortune there coz I couldn't stop eating LOL.
