No please do enlighten. I do not really watch House that much, but I am sure the OP would like to know if a show of the same writing and production value exists. I was just saying I do not know of one.

There's a site called mysoju.com where one can find dramas and movies from Japan, Korea and Taiwan. These dramas are about everything and anything kind of. You can probably find something there that is possible to watch...

振り返れば奴がいる

A show about a smart-ass doctor who has really high surgical skills, but he could care less about his patients. He also takes bribes from patients' relatives and other people. Then one day an "innocent" doctor shows up, who doesn't have the skills, but really cares about his patients. The two clash and the story goes on from there.

The writing and acting are very good. Every episode is serious, there isn't any cheesiness or stupid comedy here. Production values however, the show was made in 1993. So you're not gonna get House production values. Still a very very good show regardless.
