Kinda.

Boxing has the best punches.
Tae Kwon Do has the best kicks.
Judo has the best throws.
Capoeira looks best and is probably the best for your health.
Kung Fu has the best technique.
Muay Thai has the best conditioning.
Brazilian Jiu Jutsu has the best grappling.
MMA leaves you jack of all trades but master of none.
Ninjutsu can find the most uses for seemingly usesless objects, and makes you less likely to get busted by your wife when sneaking out at night to see the girl down the street!

Sometimes it can be foolish to compare them. I mean, they all attempt to excel by using such different directions, it doesn't really make sense to compete them against each other.

In the end, it's going to be depending on what you yourself want to achieve, and how you best feel you should achieve it.

I think most of us agree (minus one retard who's jealous because he has a very small penis) it isn't really the style that'll make the fighter strong on the street; it's the fighter that must make the style work.

All subjective of course. Last one's funny though.

Subjective to what?

I hate it when people answer in like, less than 10 words. Great insight.

Subjective meaning your opinion as opposed to objective fact. Buy a dictionary or something.

joeyj 08-31-2009 03:14 PM

I'd say there is no single best martial art, the best martial artists now train in multiple styles.

But I think the best combination is one of these two:

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Kyokushin

or

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Muay Thai

I know what "subjective" means. Bloody hell. Why do you come to a forum if you don't want to reply in more than just two sentences?

I don't understand, what are or my style analysis subjective to?

I've a fair idea. But you shouldn't leave people to assume what you're trying to say.

I see you're still lazy as f***.

It's not my job to teach you the English language. I get paid for that and I don't accept hopeless cases.

yuujirou 09-01-2009 06:44 AM

this whole convo is getting way ridiculous and you lot are pathetic =.=
the most of what you guys are debating about.... isn't anything to debate about in the first place....
these are the facts....
the fighter makes the art [work]
mma DOES suck AND fail

You think you still have the right to ask someone to go into more detail straight after your last little performance?

I wasn't talking to you, as that has proven to be a hopeless chore.

Besides your problem with English and your tendency to confuse opinion with fact? Hmmm, not much.

What the fuck are you 5 years old?

No one would understand your reply. It was stupid. You can't reply to things in just one or two sentences. It shows less than the intelect of a 4 year old.

Stop paying off on other people and say what the fuck you meant. If you have no point, fuck off. Trolls don't last long on this forum.

tksensei 09-01-2009 03:45 PM

Don't blame me if you have trouble with reading comprehension or are simply dim-witted. If you have a very specific question that doesn't involve basic vocabulary, ask and I'll try to help you out.

Yes, I do.. I'll ask once more for the tenth time; what the fuck were you trying to say back there in your brief little moment?

That's not very specific, is it? What comment are you referring to?

I can be the bigger man when I want. I just got massive trolled by Hyakushi Ninja fanboy before, and flipped him off completely. It should be an optional thing. True net challenge is being able to do both things; know how to bitch, and know when it ain't worth it.

No. I think if you look at it, it looks like you tried to correct my spelling. But you didn't realize I hadn't made a spelling mistake; you just misread the sentence.

LOL

Look who needs English class!

Well I knew that. I was seeing if he'd pick up on it.

Seems he just had another little moment...

tksensei 09-02-2009 03:11 AM

The point was that you keep confusing opinion and fact and apparently don't want to hear it.

I find it hard to believe I don't want to hear it when I've spent the last 20 posts trying to con it out of you...
