The music is unpracticed, the notes undying, the melody haunting, her smile taunts me...Amid the radiation, laughter drowned out by screams Love itself has fallen to it's knees slain along side our bleeding dreams, brothers in arms they were, and so it seems that he is all left for her, and she for him , no twilight no ending, merely them...In their arms they cradle the final hym, in their hearts the ever lasting chorus of love, in their eyes no existence of time to their skin no feeling of deaths touch, only fond memories of the strongest embrace as the world fell fast asleep to the final lullaby, So all that is left are the remnants of tears that even in death cannot dry, tears in the eyes of skelletons , a man Clutching his girl...and an ancient melody in the aftermath of destructions dawn...the sad song of "A wonderful World" By: Sphinx Written in loving memory of those awaiting the end [/CENTER] |

Wow it's been forever since I posted on this thread of mine...well any way here's a poem I wrote for a loved one during christmas and never posted...she was/is the girl of my dreams
Caritas: selfless love Through the inferno I've fought for a chance to glimpse ur heart/ So many demons slain by my hands to preserve ur soul/ Poems of longing and heartache Lyrics of suffering you'll never know/ From the void I came to u/ By ur choice I remain from now until the end of forever's existence or until ur heart has been changed/ In the blink of twilight I found my heart bound 2 yours/ And so till the dawn of Armageddon I am eternally yours, chained 2 ur will, to do with as u please, Merry Christmas my luv from the warrior poet under ur tree. / :cool: |
