Good, I'm glad you didn't finish it yet, and you can't get book 12. It isn't out until July. So you can't read the last chapter until then. Unless you read scanlations of the manga on a host website.

I think Kira will play a little warm up game with N & M ^_^

But from my Kira perspective, I believe he will attempt to get rid of Mello first. He will kill his own sister in the process too, if the need should arise. Though I think there'll be a way to save Sayu-chan ^^
