Just in case you did not know but americans are basically a country of immigrants from differents countries.....so of course most of our culture is copy from other countries...even though i wish they would not stop remaking japanese movies, they always turn out bad (dragonball z a perfect example)

I've lived in Japan for 2 years, lived in Australia for 3 months, Spain for 2 months, and New Zealand for 1 month. Soo.......I know what's out there, my friend.

Well the USA had an own culture, that of the first nations. But it's razed completely! I think, it's very enriching if you have so many diffenrent cultures in one country. But you have to watch out that the people still share the same places in society, not that the rich ones come from one country and the others are part of the lower class! Especially your language skills should be most effective but I often heard of the US that nearly nobody speaks more than english!!! o_O In Europe we all learn english for international exchanges but also french, spanish or other more and moreover about three or four languages.
