Haven't heard of any deaths here in kiwi land yet so I'm pretty grateful. Hoping it dies off really quickly, maybe it's a good thing costs of living have ballooned, not so many people can afford to fly international these days neh?

I dont think they are overreacting..it is good that they are trying to create a vaccine before 3 cases might turn into a thousand. We dont want history to repeat itself so that basically why so many countries prosed this as a threat. If they might have done something like this years ago so many people might have not died.

I think the media is making me worry about it more than I should do...

There's only been confirmed cases in Scotland so we should be ok in the South...for now.

The Metro (Free London newspaper) says it won't have a full blown effect until the Autumn.

I dunno, we'll just have to wait and see. If it's spread this far in such a short amount of time, anything could happen

I'm not hugely worried about it, although after everything blows over I might buy some surgical masks anyway. Fed up with sick people on public transport who don't cover their mouths or noses when they cough or sneeze.

those masks wont help this keep disinfection stuffs with you at all times.>.<
