All the energy from Chile - 03-11-2011, 02:00 PM

I'm so sorry, so sorry, I just know about the quake... I'm from Chile, and lost 2 friends in the february 27 of 2010 quake here in Chile (8.8 magnitude), so I know the feeling. All my sympaty to all the Japanese people, I hope the dead toll don´t go up. Here in Chile all the news are talking about Japan, and the goverment are already preparing rescue teams and diferents kinds of help to send, we are a seismic country, like Japan, and every time a quake strikes in Chile, Japan send us help, so we all are very thankfull of the japanese peolple and very eager to help to.
I hope that this terrible quake just make your great country stronger (I know it will) and shows the world how a country should react.
Keep the spirit up!!

All the strengt and love to the japanese people.

Does anyone live in one of the countries above?
Hi, I'm from Chile, the first wave here is spected to be in easter island at 19:55 of 03/11/2011 Chilean time (7:55 am in Japan) and the last one at 03/12/2011 03:00 to Punta Arenas
We are very long country (4.300 km) so the wave are gona be diferent in every part of the coast, the problem here is that before the coast are a undderwater formation called "plataforma continental" (continental platform) that reduces the deep of the sea... so the wave can be slower but taller...
hope not, the last tsunami for us left near 450 death.

There is a major fire raging in Miyagi near Sendai, an entire district has gone up in flames, there are nowhere near enough firetrucks to fight it. The current toll is over 200, and no one knows the full scale of what has happened yet. It looks as though entire towns and villages have been swept away.

Aftershocks continue to shake my building, but cell phone service is now up again, though the gas has quit working.
