The other two are correct as well. The differences are in the levels of the possibility that Smith might go. 行くなら would suggest the highest possiblity, followed by 行けば and 行ったら, with the difference between the last two being fairly minimum.

I should have mentioned that スミスが行くならボクも行く can be said even when you know for sure that Smith is going as well as when you don't know yet if he is actually going.

The other two forms cannot be used if you already know Smith is going.

The difference is minimum with 高くて being more informal and 高いので being more formal. No commas, please.

More importantly, did you have a reason to use が?
