i'm algerian. but i'm gonna name some from my culture (berber)

Couscous (which itself is semolina wheat) there are hundreds of different types of dishes you can make with it... similar to the number of different types of pizza u can have i guess

Shourba - its like a soup with vegtables, and if you're rich (talking about present times as well) you can add Lamb or Chicken. Lovely

batata thou poulet - potato and chicken - doesn't sound special, don't really know how to make it, buts soooooooooooo tastey.

there are hundreds of others that i don't even know how to write with latin letters.. i love berber food,. but the only problem is. my mum or aunty or family member has to make it. it's not food that you can simply follow a recipe book, its passed down by the family. :D its great.

OT: I see there's people from Finland also, I study finnish :rheart:
About finnish food I totally love salmiakki but also a lot of other things (cannot write everything, I'm supposed to be on a diet xD)

We have the best French Fries in the world here in Belgium. ;)
And we are also known for our beer, chocolade, Brussels sprouts and Belgian waffles.

Our dinners here usually consist of potatoes, meat and vegetables like colliflower, asparagus, sprouts, brocolli etcetera.
