i agree Stoner/James, Bobby is god when it comes to understanding Asians, his wisdom transcends our perceptions because he slept in the same bed with an asian person for a minimum of 2 days.. if that does not spell wisdom and intimacy beyond our combined years of experience here, then I do not know who I should bow to. Bobby sensei...continue to bestow us your wisdom of Asians.. you are but a god amongst men... bridge our peoples and show us the light oh great one!! Only you understand.. only you know what it means to be Asian. You didn't read my post, I said in different ways, not that they apply, just that they are equally bad.
The little old ladies in backwoods USA are just as sweet and nice as the ones in the rice fields here, the jerks that pimp out whores to pay for their mistresses new handbags are just as immoral here as they are anywhere else, if anything more common.
Your supreme Japanese morals and ethics are non-existent outside of your mind. They are simple different, by no stretch of the imagination better or worse.
There is a darkness here that most who haven't lived here, and even many who do, are entirely ignorant of.

And no, they aren't equally bad. They are just wonderful! Asian might have a lot of flaws in there culture and countrys.. however, the people are just wonderful. If you like to comapre these lovely people to your average Western.. then please feel free, but I am not gonna support that!

I admit that Japan in particular might be one if not THE most Western similar country there is in Asia, because of it's high standards and economy.

I don't know where you have been in Asia, but if all you have seen is Japan.. then your opinion isn't qualified, just as mine means nothing when I am talking about Japan.. even though I've lived with these lovely people.

The most unique difference which you can witness on planet earth, is the difference between Asia and the Western Society expecially America and Europe.

People are different YES, because people live a different life!!! A different environment with a different Religion and with a different mindset and different manners. YES!!!

I can tell you first hand that I am well below the normal size for either Americans or Japanese. It's never bothered me though. I don't focus on it, because I have Naruto and other things to keep me occupied like Kobe Bryant and the Lakers who are going for the hattrick and will get it.
