I would wake, up brush teeth, take shower, make food for lunch at school, smoke (no breakfast), smoke 2 or 3 more omw to school, and in during lunchbreaks. Then at the big lunchbreak I would not really be hungry, so I'd throw most of my homemade lunch in the bin, smoke more, at school and on the way back. Eat only half of my dinner, and then smoke a few till I went to bed I was underweight and thin.
Quit for 3 years now though! Im more..fluffy now..meh ><

Long story short, you lose appetite when you smoke on a regular basis. Its not just the smoking itself that;s bad, it's the messed up eating rythm you can get cuz of it too

Fluffly is good. Thin cakes arent good but fluffly cakes are nice..
On a side note: congratulations on quiting!!

I've been told that the reason models have to be that thin is for the clothes. Your suppose to conentrate on the clothing rather than the women behind it.

Anyway, being "model" thin is disgusting. I'm all for muscels. I personally want to be "normal" with muscel. Its so much more attractive in my opinion.

I like food, but I try to watch what I eat, and I workout alot. I'm 5' 3 so I'd fit in Japan, except I probebly have more muscel tone than most of the women there.

Visited Japan in 2007.

I am female.

I'd rather have them all skinny than all fat.
