All who say revenge is pathetic are either just stupid or just never have managed to get some satisfaction from it. I am not now talking about breaking someones car or stuff like that. I am talking about stylish way that makes you feel better and makes you ask question why you were wasting your time with her/him.

My last gf broke up with me through e-mail in which she let me know that I am not enough "good" for her and that I am not adventure type and I dont trust myself enough. I found it kinda funny since it was me who was better in everything she liked except horse riding, which she was learning me when I met her. One time I asked her if she would like to go to Paris and she answered with "What's there?' But back to topic.
As a "true" non adventurer I got drunk (she hated drinking), jumped on the plane to Switzerland spent week with my sister and 54 horses, learned to ride better and on flight home stooped in Paris for weekend and met cute french girl.

Best part of this all came something like 4 months later when I met my ex
and she asked me how I am doing and I just said fine.

In a previous post I laid out all my the reasons not to avenge a break-up, but I just remembered the one time I really went all out - when I decided to divorce the 1st husband after he had gutted my finances, got me fired from my job, wrecked my car and then slept with a bar waitress while I was at a funeral. What a 6 months that was!

I packed what was left of my stuff in a friend's pickup truck and left while he was at work. Once the divorce decree was final, I reported his tax evasion to the IRS. And I gave all of his contact info to his first wife who was looking for him for not paying his child support. Not sure which got him first, but I'm sure it put a dent in his drinking money.

Maybe there was some karmic debt incurred there, but there had to be an offset from helping others get what was legally and morally theirs.

Only an open mind and open heart can be filled with life.

Getting satisfaction from making other people feel bad? That is not generally considered a good thing (and is putting you on the same level as the ones that were immature enough to break up with you in a harsh way). To call people who are mature enough to ignore someone else’s immaturity/harshness stupid is just childish.

my revenge is keeping his shit. and selling it when he's demanding I send it to him.

don't have the money, its his shamisen and jacket. so they are bye bye. besides. he came back to cali. he was supposed to get it, i gave him two addresses, and three numbers to call because i would be with my friend.

Nothing

then he starts a bullshit war with me over email, and then lies about me to my current boyfriend?

yeah. not getting his stuff back. :3

oddly enough, i met him on this site...

I taunted him once after....or twice.

sometimes thinking about him still pisses me off, the shit he pulled. ah well. good riddance to garbage.

At the time, I didnt think of this much as revenge....
although I suppose it could be counted as such.

I ended up dating my ex's identical twin brother.
Needless to say, things got weird :|

sure has been a while...
