"things continue to happen (to her)". Right?

Now what things? --> 「オレに運を奪われた後みたいなことばかり」
---> "only the things that would happen (to someone) after his/her luck has been stolen by me".

"It's like only the bad things that happen to someone whose luck I have stolen keep happening to her."

That sounds right. I love your simple explanations, Thanks.

Here's two lines I need help with;
「それってひどい言われようだね」
"That sounds like a bad name to called (?)"

「そんな非科学的なこと信じろって方が無理だよ」
"You can't possibly expect me to believe something so illogical"
「手で触ると他人の運を吸い取るなんて・・・そんなの超能力とかそういう世界の話だろ
"Absorbing the luck of those you touch with your hands... supernatural powers like that are(? What does 世界の話 mean here?)"

Correct.

言われよう = 言われ方 = the way someone talks about you

そういう世界 = 超能力の世界 = the world of supernatural power

そういう世界の話 = (It is) all about the world of supernatural power.
This 話 is untranslatable. It does NOT mean "a talk". It's much closer to "a topic".

Hmm so would it be too much of a stretch to translate 「そんなの超能力とかそういう世界の話だろ」 as "Supernatural power like that is the stuff of fiction"?

No, not really because this speaker already sounds fairly skeptical of these phenomena.

Cool, I'll go with that then.

I'm tryin' to ask as few questions as possible buuut I need help again;
「もし仮に君の言う「運を吸い取る力」が本当だとした ら」
If we assume that there really is a "power to absorb luck" like you say
「人間とって「運」は幻じゃなくて生きるために必要な 養分みたいな存在と考えられる」
It's conceivable that "Luck" isn't intangible and is a necessary nutrient in order to live (? This sentence is kinda long so I'm not sure how to word it)
「それが尽きたら何かが起こって死ぬわけだろ?」
When it's used up, something happens and you die right?
「花凛ちゃんに起こったことや現状をそれと組み合わせ て考えると・・・」
If you consider that with what's been happening to Karin and her current condition... (?)
「これはあくまで僕の仮説だけど」
This is sticking strictly to my hypothesis though

Augh... almost done...

Superb!

Just to nitpick, "is a necessary nutrient" > "is like a necessary nutrient ".

That Japanese family names have meanings is mostly a myth. Most don't have a meaning that makes any sense. Each kanji used in a name, however, has a meaning.

神崎 is usually pronounced かんざき and there may be families where it's pronounced かみさき or かみざき.

金崎 is pronounced かねさき or かねざき.

Now meanings:
神 = God
崎 = a steep mountain path
金 = gold, money

This should explain my own first sentence above.

can 金崎 be pronounced as kanazaki too?

Yay! I'm stoked to hear that :D

On more thing; The protagonist guy (Yuusei) takes to a friend (Manaka). Manaka doubts Yuusei's story but considers it hypothetically since he sees who upset Yuusei is over the fate of his daughter. Manaka comes to a plausible conclusion and Yuusei thanks him;
Yuusei;「ありがとな真仲・・・ やっとはっきり分かっ よ」
Thank you Manaka... I finally understand it clearly

Manaka;「ちょっ来栖君!今のは全部仮説だって」
Hold on a sec Kurusu-kun! Everything I said just now was hypothetical!
「運を吸い取る話だって来栖君自身はっきり分かってる わけじゃないんだろ?」
That was just a story about absorbing luck-- you don't actually believe that explains what's going on (Ack, I'm really going rough here. D: I'm just guesslating for something that makes sense in this context)

「もしかしたらもっと現実的な原因があって花凛ちゃん の治療も可能かもしれないよ?」
Maybe there's a more realistic cause and perhaps there's a medical treatment for Karin-chan?

I don't think I did the last two lines very well... Nit picking is greatly appreciated ;)

Oh yeah, and what does ダッセー mean? E.g. 「ダッセー転んでやがんの」 (said by guys teasing their friend who fell down) And 「手のひら 全部で長く触ってたら死ぬ事故が起こって た」?
