I'm guessing that this phrase literally means "legs that bend elegantly which are long enough to make people surprised". Please correct me if I'm wrong.

3. 日本の女子とは一線を画すシルエットが異文化感を後押 しする......！
a/ Does 一線を画す mean "to make a clear distinction from"?
b/ Does 後押しする mean "to add to"?

EDIT: Miraculously, I got to talk to an Indonesian person today! She said "kelapa" meant coconut and it is sometimes put in fruit juices.

I think that was 3 weeks ago. But this time it was the latter half that freaked me out, not the former I really didn't read it carefully enough.

憚りながら means "I should not say this openly but ~

1. It should be referring to the bike crash on the first page. We do not use 「音」 to refer to a human voice. We would use 「声」.

2a. "Going back home".

2b. Yes. "The lowest among the low-class guys".
